IRASSA HOLDING COMPANY is a Company owned by the private sector and it's a continue of TARFYA Construction & Real Estate Company witch was found in 1962 in DERNA City - Libya .

MR. IBRHIM TARFAYA was the first Chairman of the Company and the Seventies Mr ALI TARFAYA was appointed as a second Chairman , In the year 2003 Mr ATTIA TARFAYA was appointed A Chairman, he followed the link of his Grand Fother and after 10 years from working to develop this company, he made the design to change the company name to be IRASSA HOLDING and developed other activities as Oil & Gas services, Telecommunications, General Cleaning, Medical Services, Aviation Affairs, Travel & Tourism, Import - Export, Marine Cargo services, Construction & Real Estate, with a Head Office in Libyan capital TRIPOLI and other branches in Libya.

After a normal start back to the year 1962 and for more than 50 years of Working, We are proud to say that we are a strong Institution in providing full administrative services in different activities as: Oil Services, Catering services, Communications, Infrastructure Development .

Today IRASSA Holding in one of the leading Names in Economy Development , Trough our strong and professional manpower and management Team to transfer our activities in Tunisia and Maroco and through my position as a president of IRASSA Group of companies , I was very carful and I am still to make sure that IRASSA Holding offers the opportunities and the chances forall-our management Team, We also manage to bring into our company a professional and well known Team with very high skills to share with us our Dream and Success.
