IRASSA OIL & GAS SERVICES GENERAL HSE COMMITMENTS

As a company needs to participate in any tender with the Petroleum Companies, IRASSA OIL & GAS SERVICES (Libyan Company) is totally committed to the safety of the people, assets and environment. Following are our set of general HSE requirements for any tender with any Oil Company.

Irassa committed that at the award of the CONTRACT, we will respect all the related specific HSE requirements which will be issued as per the Scope of WORK. It is imperative that Irassa shall adhere to these general HSE requirements set by any COMPANY’s Loss Prevention and Environment Division:

1) Irassa Oil & Gas services shall submit its Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy to your esteemed COMPANY along with its offer to undertake the WORK. It will clearly state that the WORK will be undertaken in a responsible manner. Decisions will be made with full consideration of relevant safety, health, environmental and social factors. The HSE Policy of Irassa will reflect upon the following basic HSE goals and objectives:

i) No Accidents And No Harm To People
ii) No Damage To The Environment
iii) Strive To Improve On Current Industry Best Practice And Performance
iv) Maximize Efficiency Of Resources and Energy Usage

 2) Irassa will submit a set of recognized local and international Standards, Codes and Specifications that it intends to use for the WORK. These Standards, Codes and Specifications will be selected on the basis of geographical location of the WORK in hand.

3) Irassa will submit its HSE Management System to COMPANY for review, will formally demonstrate to the satisfaction of COMPANY that the system adequately satisfies all the elements of HSE management.

4) Irassa will prepare this HSE Plan for the management of all HSE aspects of the WORK. The HSE Plan shall address the requirement of the HSE provisions including the requirements of the HSE Management System. After preparation it will be submitted to COMPANY for review within ant time specified by company and to be sent to company for final approval.

5) Irassa will ensure all activities are carried out with due regard to the preservation of Air, Water, and Soil quality, and animal and plant life and will identify and document all applicable guidelines and regulatory requirements and adopt procedures to ensure compliance and to be sent to company for approval.

6) Irassa will observe and comply with all laws and regulations concerning the production, transporting, storing, treating and disposing of waste. The dedicated waste management system procedures shall be submitted to COMPANY for approval.
